Kindly fill up our registration form at the end of this page.  We will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your form.

Payment for Local Participants

Kindly submit your registration form before payment. 

After submitting the Registration Form, you can complete your registration by paying the registration fee through the payment methods below. Please do not combine the payments of multiple registrants. Every registrant must pay the applicable rate individually through their chosen method. 

WEBPAY accepts Visa/MasterCard (debit or credit cards) of any issuing bank.

  1.   Log in to https://webpay.ateneo.edu/peso
  2. Provide the following information:
  • Reference Number: 280078006
  • Amount to be paid: (based on the table above)
  • Payer First Name and Last Name (as to be indicated on the official receipt, if requesting)
  • Particulars (purpose of payment): IACR 2023 Registration
  • Your e-mail address
  1. Click PROCEED TO PAYMENT and select preferred payment method.
  2. Enter card details.
  • Credit card number
  • Expiry date: month/year (example, March 2025 = 03/25)
  • Security code:  the 3 digits after the card number on the signature panel at the back of your card
  • Please wait for your payment to be processed and confirmation to be sent to your nominated e-mail address
  1. Please mail a screenshot of your proof of payment to iacr2023@ateneo.edu with this Subject line format:  ICC – [Your Last Name] – P[AmountPaid]

Go to https://admu.paybiz.ph/redirect/PNXB5M8P and select your preferred payment method: GrabPay, GCash, BDO, BPI, PNB, RCBC, and UnionBank.

Payment of miscellaneous may be made in any Bank of the Philippine Islands Branch via the OTC Facility. This may be used by everyone, not just BPI account holders.

  1. Go to the nearest Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) Branch.
  2. Go to the BPI Express Assist Machine.
  3. Select Bills Payment.
  4. Select “Other Merchants” to pay for Ateneo de Manila University.
  5. Enter 280078006 as the Unit Budget Account Number.
  6. Choose mode of payment (cash/check).

Note: Checks should be made payable to Ateneo De Manila University. Please write down the following details at the back of the check:

a. Student’s Complete Name

b. Event paid for:  IACR 2023

c. Contact numbers:

  1. Enter the AMOUNT to be paid.
  2. Encoded transaction details will be displayed. If correct, tap NEXT. If not, click CANCEL.
  3.  If single transaction, select NO. For multiple transactions, select YES
  4.  Queue Number will be displayed and printed
  5.  Once a teller is available, approach the designated counter that will be flashed on the board next to your Queue Number.
  1.  Bank teller will ask for the name of the Merchant you wish to pay. Simply state  Ateneo De Manila Miscellaneous Units or AMISCU and the Payer name to which the receipt will be issued to proceed with the payment.
  2.  Pay the bank teller and receive the validated deposit slip as proof of payment.
  3.  Please email a screenshot of your validated deposit slip/proof of payment to  iacr2023@ateneo.edu with this Subject line format:  BPI – [Your Last Name] – Php[AmountPaid]
  4. Kindly expect our email acknowledgement of your payment and completed registration.  
  5. To claim a physical copy of your official receipt from the Ateneo de Manila, please present the validated deposit/payment slip as you claim the Official Receipt from the Ateneo de Manila University authorized representative or Cashier.

Payment of miscellaneous fees may be made in any Metrobank Branch via the OTC Facility. This may be used by everyone, not just Metrobank account holders.

  1. Go to the nearest / most convenient Metrobank Trust Co. (MBTC) Branch.
  2. Get a copy of Metrobank’s “Payment Slip” and accomplish the required information/details;
    1.  Company Name: Ateneo De Manila Miscellaneous (Note: Utility Code – 650)
    2.  Subscriber Name: Name of paying CLIENT (Last Name, First Name)
      (The name that will appear in the Official Receipt – example: Dela Cruz, Juan)
    3.  Reference No.: IACR 2023
    4.  Subscriber No.: 280078006
    5.  Mode of Payment: Cash / Check / Debit account (Note: Check should be made payable to Ateneo De Manila University. Please write down the following details at the back of the check: Student’s Complete Name, Contact numbers, Amount of payment: PhPxxx.xx (NOTE: Slips are to be accomplished in duplicate copies. 1st copy- Bank copy, 2nd copy- Client’s copy)

3. Present payment slip to MBTC tellers together with cash/check.

4. Once validated, MBTC Teller will give Ateneo De Manila University client/client representative, a validated copy.

5. Before leaving, check & verify the copy received (Payment slip serves as proof of payment) if validated and if the copy was the one accomplished & presented to the bank teller.

6. Present the validated copy of payment slip as you claim the Official Receipt from Ateneo de Manila University authorized representative or cashier.

7. Email us a screenshot of your wiring transmittal or bank transfer document/debit memo using this Subject Line template: MTB – [Your Last Name] – Php[AmountPaid]

8. Kindly expect our email acknowledgement of your payment and completed registration.   Please only respond to communications from our official e-mail (iacr2023@ateneo.edu). We will not ask you for any private banking details.

After paying, please send the proof of payment to iacr2023@ateneo.edu 

Students availing of the discounted rate should also send a proof of enrollment.
