Guidelines for In-Person Presentations

  • Please confirm your presentation slot by registering for the conference and paying the applicable conference fees by June 15, 2023, if you have not done so. Co-authors are also required to register and pay individually if they will be attending the conference.
  • You may refer to the registration fees and payment methods posted on the conference website, or as indicated in our earlier confirmation email. Kindly review the rates that apply to you based on your registration (international rates, local rates). International presenters are still covered by the early bird rates.
  • Each presentation is given a 25-minute slot. Please prepare for a 15-minute presentation, and a 10-minute Question and Answer with both onsite and online participants.
  • Please await updates as to your presentation schedule.
  • There will be no need to submit a full conference paper to us.
  • Please upload your slides (PowerPoint, PDF, or Google Slides format) through this form on or before July 15, 2023. You may use your own devices for your presentation, but we are requesting a copy of your slides so that we have them on hand in case of technical difficulties, and so that they can be easily screen-shared over Zoom by our team.
  • Please keep in mind that conference participants are undergraduate students, graduate students, faculty, and professionals across various disciplines and nationalities, possessing both expert and little knowledge of critical realism.
